Kauno oro uostas. Alkoholio kainos vos ne tokios pat kaip Maximoj, Iki ar kitu tinklo. Skirtumas pora euru. Nebeapsimoka.

Very rude black hair girl also light hair girl in duty free cigarette area would not exchange one pack of cigarettes 2 minutes later for another because they said it was not part of their protocol. We got the Winston light by mistake not opened just wanted to change it for a stronger one. NO straight away she said. No signs on the walls no information given before or after we paid. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional for a European duty free to act in the way..

Hoy,25 de junio a las 6 de la mañana yo tenía vuelo a Alicante. En la caja 2 vendedoras ,chicas jovenas,guapísimas de físico....pero..en alma))))... es una vergüenza portar tan mal con la jente!! En la cola adelante mi estaba una mujer...más o menos 70 años..con un palo para apoyar...andaba mal ...estoy segura que tenía problemas con los pies. Esta mujer no hablaba inglés...las vendedoras hablaba con ella riendo..mirando una a otra...enseñando bien claro que estaban riendo de pobre mujer!!! En aeropuertos trabajadoras tiene que tener nervios fuertes, tienen que estar preparadas para situaciones
cuando hay deferente idioma, no tener estrés! Y es primer vuelo en este aeropuerto...ellas empiezaban trabajar!!!
Y en sección de perfume...quero decir que servicio estaba en un nivel muy alto! Una chica-alta,guapísima, con mucha educación, con mucho respeto a la jente!!! Consejaba tan bien en todas preguntas, que yo tenía gana de hacer compra!

I can understand that a shop assistant in the attached pic could misunderstand my question for one or another reason, but incredible rudeness and contempt demonstrated by her has no excuse whatsoever. In response to my comment that she misunderstood my question she suggested for me to get an education, which sounds rather very sad and funny coming from a shop assistant...

Prices for spirits well over the top,whiskey €20 in rimi same brand and size at duty free €28.50.Cigarettes same as local shops .
This this is a "duty add" shop not duty free
